Individual Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a valuable process of self-discovery and changing course when things no longer seem to be working. When the patterns and coping styles we develop earlier in life are no longer serving us or or life experiences challenge our ability in new ways, we often need a guide to get a different perspective and try new things.
