Monday Class

II teach community classes and workshops for movement, and also am an artist!

I’ve trained extensively at high level conservatories, studying a variety of modern and contemporary dance techniques, as well as contact improvisation, somatic methods such as Feldenkrais, Authentic Movement, Alexander Technique, Pilates and yoga to name a few.

I have almost 20 years experience of being in dance settings, 10 years teaching movement, and 5 years practicing massage therapy. I have an in-depth understanding of anatomy, functional and expressive movement.

My 3 year certification in Somatic Experiencing gives me another lens of understanding the nervous system, trauma, and resilience. I am a deeply trauma-informed teacher, and this has cultivated how my classes are shaped.

I hope to see you on Mondays, please text 406-282-1326 for any questions / to get the address.

6-8pm, starting March 2nd // $10-20 // text 406-282-1326 for address

A lovely way to start your week! It is very important for our nervous systems to socially connect, to attune to others, and to attune to ourselves when we are around others!

We will build somatic awareness, find pathways of ease in our movements, and support energy to flow in our systems, both settling and invigorating your body.

No movement experience necessary.

No children at this time, the building has steps for entrance.

Wear comfy clothes, layers, bring water, a journal, something to write with, maybe a snack!
